Thank you for joining us virtually for the 12th annual Walk for Hope! It’s not too late to continue supporting the Center for Pediatric Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) or relive the excitement from our virtual event program.

Watch the Program

Walk for Hope raises funds for discoveries in inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) research and care at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. The 2021 edition was a virtual, weeklong challenge in which each team created a meaningful mileage goal and ask friends and family for donations in support of that goal. We thank every participant and donor for making the 2021 Walk for Hope an amazing success and look forward to celebrating in-person Spring 2022!

The IBD Family Research Council (FRC) was founded in 2006 as a group of grateful families with the mission of raising funds for IBD research at CHOP. Walk for Hope was created by the FRC in 2009 and has become the group’s annual fundraising event. It is the only major event in the greater Philadelphia area directly supporting pediatric IBD research.
